Is it true you manufacture your own ink?
Yes! It is our promise to you that the vast majority of our IndieInk products are UK manufactured and created by our IndieInk production team. We have worked extremely hard on creating our bespoke ink formulas and will continue to develop and improve on future products.
Where is your ink manufactured?
The IndieInk factory is based in the North East of England.
Why does your ink cost less than other suppliers?
This is because we can produce our ink at manufacturer cost. Cutting out the expensive add-ons that dealers or large companies feel they can exploit.
What is the environmental impact of IndieInk Products?
We use the safest chemicals we can to create the best ink formulation. Nearly all of our raw materials are sourced from the UK reducing our carbon footprint when it comes to shipping chemicals and raw materials.
Do you offer next day shipping?
Yes if you order before 10am, we will offer next day shipping in mainland UK.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes we export all over the world. Please note shipping time and costs may vary due to Brexit. Contact us for more information.
What does GOTS stand for?
The Global Organic Textile Standard. It is a stamp of excellence and shows how we really focus on being environmentally responsible when manufacturing our pigment inks.
